We are looking for a QA Team Lead.
The QA Team Lead is responsible for leading the team and ensuring the highest quality of our products. This role involves hands-on testing and overseeing all aspects of the QA process, from planning and execution to reporting and continuous improvement.
This role is full-time and is Israel based.
Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on manual and automated testing using tools like Testim.io.
Monitor product quality and test coverage, providing regular updates to engineering management on the status of features, bugs, and overall quality metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to identify and prioritize quality issues.
Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

we are looking for a QA Automation Team Lead to join our team at this exciting stage of our companys growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead an automation team (3-5 engineers), and provide automation services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.
Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.
Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.
Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.

Responsibilities::
Manage the QA Automation Team ensuring they have the technical skills, commitment, procedures and tools.? Design and develop QA methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient automation across projects. Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to management? Train, mentor and lead the professional growth for team members on Quality Assurance procedures? Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues? Stay up-to-date on new product development and changes to existing products? Plan and lead testing initiatives to ensure software releases exceed requirements? Take ownership of quality health (e.g. testing coverage, performance, best practices, etc.)?

Quality Assurance and Qualified Person Lead (m/f/x)
(fulltime/ permanent)
You will perform all activities as Qualified Person and Quality Manager for the Israeli affiliate of CSL Behring, which is in an establishment phase.
You will implement and maintain the QMS of CSL Behring Israel.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Release/ rejection / partial rejection of lots to the Israeli market according to MOH regulations, GMP and GDP requirements
Supervise the rework/repackaging of products
Handle returns and recalls
Prepare and lead MOH audits, assistance and participation in quality audits, either internal or external
Create and update SOPs
Conduct GMP and GDP trainings
Condut supplier audits and qualification
Prepare and present periodic Quality Management Reviews
