Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, Siemens NX, and Fusion 360.
 Create 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs for manufacturing and prototyping.
 Develop mechanical solutions using sheet metal fabrication, casting, and other manufacturing processes.
 Lead or contribute to rapid prototyping efforts and iterate designs based on  TEST feedback.
 Collaborate with electrical engineers to integrate PCBs and electronic components into mechanical designs.
 Provide engineering support for NPI projects from concept through production.
 Support RMA analysis, investigate field failures, and drive design improvements based on field feedback.
 Participate in DFM/DFA reviews and work closely with suppliers to ensure manufacturability.
 Generate technical documentation, including specifications, assembly instructions, and  TEST reports.
Requirements:  Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
 Proficiency in CAD software: SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Fusion 360.
 Experience designing sheet metal and casted parts.
 Hands-on experience with prototyping techniques (3D printing, machining, etc.).
 Solid understanding of mechanical fundamentals: GD T, tolerancing, thermal management, materials selection.
 Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
