Requirements: B.A./B.Sc. degree a mandatory.
23 years in a client-facing role in digital advertising, preferably within CTV or programmatic environments.
Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and ad serving platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk, Magnite, Freewheel, etc.).
Familiarity with CTV-specific standards: VAST, VPAID, OMID, Prebid.js/Prebid Server, OpenRTB protocol.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (advanced functions).
data -driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics, conduct A/B testing, and generate actionable insights.
Ability to interpret metrics like VCR, IVT, fill rate, and viewability to optimize campaigns.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a passion for upselling and client success.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
