A global, fan-driven sports media platform is seeking a Head of Product Experience Design to lead and scale its product design organization.
This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design ownership, focusing on creating emotionally engaging, fan-first digital experiences across multiple platforms. You will shape how millions of fans experience sports through intuitive, immersive, and community-driven products.
What Youll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across Product Design, UX, and Visual Design
Define and evolve the product design vision, strategy, and scalable design systems
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences
Drive innovation through interaction design, motion, and narrative-led experiences
Champion a fan-first, community-driven design mindset across the organization
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in digital product design, including 3+ years in leadership roles
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Strong background in B2C product design for mobile and web (CTV experience - advantage)
A strong portfolio showcasing engaging, interactive, and emotionally resonant user experiences
Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments
Genuine passion for sports, fan culture, and user engagement
