- Support Green Target's clients (Amdocs, Elbit systems and more) in implementing and maintaining Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and ESG initiatives across multiple geographic regions and business sectors.
- The role combines project coordination, data management, ESG reporting (Environment, Social and Governance), sustainability analysis, and Coordinate implementation and maintenance of EHS management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001).
- Data collection, validation and analysis regarding EHS and ESG performance (KPIs).
- Hybrid work model (including working at clients on-site).
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
- Diploma in H&S studies (an advantage)
- Fluent Hebrew (written and spoken) - mandatory.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project management tools
Advantages:
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
- Experience supporting or maintaining ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 management systems.
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability reporting, and reporting frameworks such as GRI, CSRD, TCFD, CDP, or similar.
- Experience with sustainability data management systems, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
