We're hiring a data Engineering Tech Lead to lead and scale our Azure-based data platform while managing a team of 5 data engineers in an Agile environment.
This role combines hands-on development (~50%) with technical leadership. You will own a modern data platform built on Azure (Synapse, data Factory) and support enterprise BI solutions based on Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense, NPrinting) - ensuring reliable, scalable, and business-ready data across the organization. 

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 data engineers in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
Own the architecture of an Azure-based data platform (Synapse, data Factory)
Design and build ETL /ELT pipelines using Azure data Factory
Manage Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and delivery cadence
Define and prioritize backlog in collaboration with stakeholders

What you'll be doing?
- Design systems which are a mix of state-of-the-art optics, scanning electron microscopes, lasers, motion systems, control, signal & image processing, advanced algorithms and software
- Define and validate system & modules technical requirements , seniors will lead complex sub system or the full product as a chief system Engineer
- Perform complex experiments to set the path towards next-generation solutions, look at the best solution architecture of our products
- Troubleshoot and solve a wide range of problems
