A fast-growing, international technology company operating at the intersection of insurance, marketing and advanced data solutions is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role offers broad exposure to global commercial activity, innovative products, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
:Key Responsibilities
Commercial Technology
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, platform and services agreements, marketing and distribution agreements, and NDAs
Supporting complex, tech-driven business activities, including data and technology licensing
Compliance Regulatory
Developing and maintaining internal compliance frameworks and policies
Ensuring compliance with U.S. marketing and privacy regulations, including TCPA, FTC/FCC requirements,
Requirements: Israeli-qualified attorney with 8+ years of experience in international commercial.and technology law
.Prior in-house experience in a global tech company (minimum 5 years)
.Proven experience with SaaS, licensing, and complex commercial agreements
.Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
.Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
.Ability to operate independently in a global, fast-paced environment
.Familiarity with online/performance marketing - an advantage
