We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team in Herzliya, with responsibility for managing bookkeeping activities across both Israel and the US. This role encompasses full ownership of the groups end-to-end bookkeeping processes, while working in close collaboration with the finance leadership and management teams. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, dependable, and meticulous, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
Manage bank and credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, AR aging, and collections.
Responsible for Account Pay
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in a global High Tech company.
Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2/3) - Must.
Strong Excel Skills.
Experience with ERP systems - (NetSuite - advantage).
Experience with Expense Management Systems - (Mesh, Payem - advantage).
Experience with payroll systems - (Michpal - advantage).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment.
Analytical thinker (ability to understand and analyze and problem solve for any discrepancies).
Curious, service-oriented, and friendly approach with internal and external Stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
