A leading company in the FMCG and consumer goods industry is looking for a Financial Controller to join its finance team.
Full-time position | Herzliya, Israel
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commercial financial controlling activities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
Own the commercial P&L end-to-end
Analyze customer and channel profitability
Lead pricing, promotions, and trade investment processes
Build forecasts and budgets
Prepare management reports and present business insights to senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and profitability targets
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field - Mandatory
Masters degree - Advantage
5-8 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, controlling, or business analysis, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries
Strong understanding of revenue drivers, including pricing, promotions, trade terms, product mix, and customer profitability
Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models
Experience working with ERP systems ( SAP preferred) and BI tools (Power BI preferred)
