Youll work closely with the CMO to turn market insights, customer data, and business goals into actionable marketing strategies that drive growth across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activities to create actionable insights and strategic marketing recommendations.
Partner with business units and MARCOM to translate insights into digital marketing plans and go-to-market actions.
Build and manage marketing dashboards, KPIs, and revenue attribution models across campaigns and channels.
Lead research and analytics projects that define target audiences, messaging, and value propositions.
Evaluate marketing performance, optimize digital activities (campaigns, content, events, webinars, SEO / SEM ) based on data insights.
Support cross-company marketing initiatives and develop scalable data structures within CRM Automation
Requirements: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering with marketing specialization.
MBA or further studies in digital marketing or product management - required.
2-5 years of experience in B2B tech marketing - preferably in marketing analytics, strategy, or marketing operations.
Proven experience translating data and market insights into strategy and business recommendations.
Hands-on analytical skills: SQL, Excel, BI tools, dashboards.
Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, and campaign analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
