We are a fast-growing Self-Serve AdTech platform that connects advertisers and publishers across the globe. We specialize in monetization formats such as Pop, Push, In-Page Push, and Banners, offering Real-Time, transparent, and scalable advertising solutions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Supply to take full ownership of our publisher ecosystem.
This includes managing and growing publisher partnerships, optimizing integrations, building local teams, and aligning supply with demand to maximize performance and revenue.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven AdTech environment and is excited to help shape and scale our supply operations from the ground up.
Requirements: Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end supply operations: partnerships, integrations, and daily performance
Develop and maintain strong publisher relationships onboard, retain, and grow
Ensure high-quality traffic supply and match it effectively with advertiser demand
Hire, train, and manage a local supply team
Collaborate with tech and business teams to automate and optimize processes
Required Qualifications:
25 years of experience in publisher management or supply operations in an ad network, SSP, or exchange
Deep understanding of XML feeds, RTB, OpenRTB, and monetization platforms
Proven ability to manage performance metrics (eCPM, RPM, fill rate) and drive growth
Hands-on experience with dashboards, analytics, and optimization tools
Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
