Lead the system Engineering domain for existing and next-generation products.
Define qualification and verification requirements for all system and product features.
Write and maintain system specifications (e.g., SRS).
Define compliance requirements for company products (environmental, safety, radio, etc.).
Plan, support, and oversee compliance certification tests at accredited laboratories.
Lead system design reviews (PDR, CDR).
Lead and supervise system pilot installations.
Support system deployments in the field.
Experience with high-volume IoT systems - advantage.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering for multidisciplinary systems (hardware/software/algorithms).
Ability to write detailed requirements and manage the process independently and professionally.
Strong system -level vision and the ability to lead, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on approach when needed.
High level of English (written and spoken).
Proven experience in architecture and development of power systems, electronics, and software - advantage.
