-Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
-Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
-Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs.
-Recruit, mentor, and manage a future outbound sales team to scale revenue growth.
-Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
-Report on performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior management.
Requirements: -Proven track record in outbound (hunting) enterprise sales - must.
-Background in gaming- must! Proven experience selling to gaming companies and a long-standing presence in this arena.
-5+ years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
-Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
-Strong enterprise sales expertise, including navigating complex decision-making structures.
-Outstanding presentation and communication skills - must.
-Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently hit targets.
