We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to drive the implementation and ongoing management of our Oracle Cloud ERP system. This pivotal role will lead the client side throughout the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation project, bridging business needs across finance and procurement with the system 's technological capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead client-side project management throughout implementation and ongoing system lifecycle, working closely with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
Gather and analyze business processes across finance and procurement, translating requirements into technical specifications.
Build and manage system configurations, integrations, approval workflows, reports, and forms.
Conduct system testing to ensure alignment with business needs and operational requirements.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems.
3-5 years of experience in ERP system implementation/deployment.
Fluency in Hebrew and English (required).
Strong knowledge of financial processes: accounting, AR/AP, procurement, and budgeting.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other Oracle products - significant advantage.
Business process analysis and cross- system integration understanding.
Proficiency in developing integration interfaces using integration platforms - A plus.
Report/ BI development skills - A plus.
