We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Systems Analyst to lead a major HR system implementation project, focusing on integration and migration processes within a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements: Proven experience in Project Management and Systems Analysis - a must
Strong background in leading HR system implementation projects
Mandatory experience in HR integrations and data migration processes
Experience managing end-to-end integration workflows between multiple systems
Ability to gather business requirements, define system processes, and manage project delivery
Experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Strong analytical and process-management skills
Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)
Advantage:

Experience with Workday implementations
Background in global HR transformation projects
