What Youll Do
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of Product, UX, and Visual Designers.
Define, elevate, and scale the companys product design vision, strategy, and systems across all platforms.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to craft seamless, world-class user experiences.
Drive a culture of innovation through experimentation, motion, interaction design, and impactful storytelling.
Champion a fan-first design approach rooted in community, engagement, and behavioral insights.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in digital product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-onfrom vision and conceptual frameworks to detailed execution.
Proven experience designing B2C, consumer-facing products for mobile and web; Connected TV experience is a strong advantage.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-engagement, interactive digital experiences.
Extensive experience working in agile, cross-functional product organizations.
Demonstrated success scaling design teams, building design systems, and managing end-to-end product design processes.
Passion for fan-centered design, including community, gamification, motion, and storytelling.
Genuine enthusiasm for sports and fan culture is essential.
