We are looking for a Video Editor responsible for end-to-end video production, including AI-assisted editing, content adaptation, and outsource managemen
What you will do
AI-based video production
Use AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen and similar) to generate, enhance and scale video output
Build and maintain AI-driven video workflows
Apply AI for post-production, upscaling and visual effects
Video editing and production
Edit and produce short-form and long-form video for marketing, social and educational use
Deliver content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube and webinars
Ensure fast turnaround while maintaining quality and consistency
Outsource management
Brief, manage and review work from freelance editors and animators
Enforce brand, quality and delivery standards
Requirements: 2+ years experience as a video editor (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Proficiency in AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, HeyGen, Synthesia, etc.)
Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Strong skills in After Effects for motion graphics
Experience managing freelancers or outsourced resources
Proven ability to work at high speed with high output volume
Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video work including AI-generated content
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
