Position Overview: Join our AI SaaS Team and take a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of forensic AI solutions. Youll design and build the infrastructure, tools, and pipelines that empower our researchers and data teams to innovate faster and smarter. In this role, youll work side-by-side with data scientists and AI researchers to transform ideas into reality integrating multi-modal data state-of-the-art Machine Learning models, and intuitive interfaces into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain AI/GenAI infrastructure: training environments, pipelines, and data Storage.

* Support researchers by creating tools, visualizations, and prototypes for experiments and POCs.
* Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize AI models into Cellebrites SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

* Leading tech solution to end users in all aspects (Windows 10/11, operating systems, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems, etc)
* Provide day-to-day support and response to service incidents
* Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
* Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and remotely)
* A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
* Technical skills with the SharePoint platform
