We are looking for a talented and motivated IT Support Engineer with passion for technology, a quick learner, and excited about learning and embracing new technologies to help execute and support the company's technology.
Requirements: At least 3 years of relevant experience as helpdesk (including hardware) with system orientation.
Experience with office 365 tenants
Experience with Active Directory (including Azure AD and hybrid deployments), Windows servers.
knowledge in Security and Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP networking: DNS, DHCP, subnets, IP addressing.
Familiarity with Cloud environments Azure / AWS / GCP
Basic knowledge and experience working with VMware or other virtualization systems.
Experience with Linux system - Plus
Knowledge with Priority ERP - Plus
Experience managing FortiGate firewalls - Plus.
Scripting knowledge in PowerShell - Plus
Skills:
Service oriented.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good level of English
Self-motivated have a strong desire to scale up.
