We are looking for a senior software engineer to join our elite team which is responsible for building a platform that serves all our SaaS products.
In addition to the platform, the team is also responsible for one of our strategic products that enables customers to access their sensitive assets securely.
In this role you will be using AWS serverless architecture, AWS CDK &Python to design, develop, test, secure & deploy services from planning to production.
The team works in full collaboration with security architects, product managers and other development teams. Together we produce complex and advanced platform that meet the highest security standards and NFRs.

Practice all software development life cycle in agile oriented environment
Design and implement the infrastructure of the system.
Research and implement sophisticated Cyber security mechanisms
Explore new technologies and tools to keep us using cutting edge solutions
Help guide and contribute to feature design and implementation to bring the product to the next level.
Participate in continuous and iterative engineering cycles with emphasis on code quality, supportability, scalability, and performance.

As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on business-critical initiatives that directly shape the future of Microsoft Defender for Cloud business.

Your responsibilities will span across many areas of the product as well as all layers of the cloud technology stack. You will drive architecture and software design and be responsible for developing and owning new capabilities from idea inception to agile production release cycles planning and execution.



You will built on top of our advanced cloud security systems as well as broad range of ecosystem partners, the team is focusing on building security capabilities for a security product that will help our customers secure their assets across all clouds such as Azure, GCP & AWS and streamline their security recommendation, compliance insights & remediation processes to protect our customers cross clouds workload with various technologies!

Being a cloud infrastructure provider, were in a unique position to leverage that infrastructure, technology, and data to add value not possible by anyone else.

As a Principal software engineer, reporting to group manager, you will lead and shape the next generation of the platform, select the best fit technologies, find solutions to complex problems, and build the system together with the team.

In addition, you will be working with our partners that are on-boarding to platform for ingesting and consuming data and pave the way for their success with us. You will also take significant part in shaping the vision of platform going forward.
