Were looking for a hands-on Operations & Logistics Specialist to take end-to-end ownership of core operational domains and ensure that things actually get done - shipped, delivered, resolved, and closed.
This role sits at the heart of daily operations and works closely with the VP Operations, internal teams, global warehouses, manufacturers, and shipping partners.
**This positions is full-time on-site at the company's Rinatya office. No Flex/hybrid models.**
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day execution of assigned operational areas
End-to-end responsibility for shipments: tracking, issue resolution, and closure
Manage inventory levels across global warehouses (China, USA, UK, Europe, Israel)
Coordinate warehouse operations, transfers, and container shipments
Handle B2C and B2B orders from fulfillment through final delivery
Work directly with B2B customers on shipping, labeling, packaging, and timelines
Lead operational handling of returns (RMA), quality issues, and lab coordination
Track production with manufacturers in China and align production, warehousing, and shipping
Proactively surface delays, risks, and operational exceptions.
Requirements: 2-5 years experience in a similar role. Please apply only if you meet this requirement.

Experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or e-commerce fulfillment
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and time zones. Must be available to respond to urgent issues outside of office hours.
