We are seeking a Senior QA Architect to join our elite team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards of our large-scale consumer product. As a senior QA Architect, you will define and drive quality strategies throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of software quality.

In this role, you will develop and maintain high-quality work procedures, orchestrate both manual and automated testing, and lead the team in pursuing continuous quality improvement. You will collaborate closely with product, development, and QA team-from requirements gathering through release, including bug management and observability.

Responsibilities:
Lead quality efforts across multiple interfaces with a proactive, assertive approach, serving as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters.
Define, implement, and manage QA processes, promoting a quality-driven culture and managing the quality backlog.
Set the overall testing strategy and tooling stack for integration, regression testing.
Champion an automation-first mindset-collaborating with developers to ensure code is testable and observable.
Conduct root cause analysis for escaped bugs and define corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Track CI quality metrics and dashboards (e.g., build stability, test flakiness, regression coverage).
Guide decisions regarding test environments, mocks, test data, and production parity.
Collaborate with centralized quality groups to ensure end-to-end test coverage.

We are seeking an expert Automation architect and a technical leader with hands-on experience in designing, building, and evolving GenAI-driven automation frameworks across all layers of testing. You will be responsible for harnessing the full power of cutting-edge AI tools to deliver intelligent, adaptive, and autonomous testing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain GenAI-powered automation frameworks that span all testing layers: (unit, component, integration, end-to-end) and diffrent testing types (Functional / None functional).
Leverage AI models to automatically generate, optimize, and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for mobile (iOS/Android) and backend (Node.js) platforms.
Integrate GenAI-driven features such as:
Self-healing tests.
Autonomous test scenario generation.
Visual testing and validation.
Natural language-to-test scripting.
Intelligent defect prediction and anomaly detection.
Automated root cause analysis.
Build real-time dashboards into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub), providing actionable, data-driven quality insights.
Continuously research, prototype, and deploy the latest GenAI advances to maintain technological leadership in automation.
Govern & mentor GenAI-powered automation frameworks practices as the automation frameworks evolve.

Position Overview:
You will be part of Realtime Monitoring and Optimization division (RMO). RMO develops ACM Suite (Adaptive Control and Monitoring) and ACM Web Console products. ACM is a suite of efficiency products that strive to increase CNC machine efficiency, improve process stability, prevent and/or detect tool breakage etc. ACM products boost shopfloor efficiency with significant cost savings and higher revenue.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely together with other people within the team. Among you daily tasks, you will find:
Running test cases on ACM In Machine (CNC test racks simulators) and on ACM Console (Web application).
Writing test cases for new features
End to end bug opening and closing
Version installations.
