A leading international technology company is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic multi-phase site integration and transformation initiative at our Tefen Industrial Zone campus in Northern Israel. This role is central to aligning our local manufacturing and operational capabilities with global standards, supporting both current production and future product development.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and executing complex projects involving facility layout optimization, infrastructure upgrades, production line relocation, and cross-site integration activities. This position requires close collaboration with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, timeline adherence, and operational continuity throughout the transition.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and production line projects.
Coordinate between engineering, operations, and global project leadership.
Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for all transformation-related activities.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with global operational goals.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management within industrial or technology sectors.
Demonstrated experience with production line setup, facility transitions, and new product introduction (NPI).
Background in aerospace, defense, automotive, or semiconductor industries - an advantage.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, cross-functional leadership, and risk management.
High proficiency in MS Project or similar tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel (~10%) and ability to work on-site daily in Tefen, with occasional presence in Nahariya.
