We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure-focused projects for a suite of wellness-based digital applications. This role bridges technology, operations, and product, ensuring that scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure supports user-facing wellness platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and cross-functional project delivery, with the ability to translate business and product needs into robust technical execution.
Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, from planning and design through implementation and deployment Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics Manage dependencies across backend, DevOps, security, and product teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Technical & Infrastructure Leadership Oversee cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) supporting mobile and web wellness applications Coordinate architecture decisions related to scalability, availability, performance, and security Work closely with engineering teams on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system reliability Ensure infrastructure supports data privacy, compliance, and best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA-like standards where applicable)
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, operations, and external vendors Translate technical concepts into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders Facilitate planning sessions, sprint reviews, risk assessments, and retrospectives
Risk, Quality & Optimization Identify technical risks and proactively drive mitigation plans Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness Continuously improve infrastructure efficiency, cost optimization, and performance
