We are a multidisciplinary development team working on a cutting-edge autonomous driving project, at the forefront of automotive technology. The team develops complex ECUs that combine multiple SoCs, low-level firmware, hardware, validation, and automation systems, enabling next-generation autonomous capabilities.
We work closely with hardware, system, verification, and automation groups to bring up, debug, and validate advanced automotive platforms from early development stages through production. This is a highly technical, hands-on environment focused on solving real system-level challenges.
What will your job look like:
Debug complex HW/FW and system-level issues in an autonomous vehicle platform
Perform deep root-cause analysis across firmware, hardware, and automation systems
Lead firmware bring-up, integration, and debug of ECUs with multiple SoCs
Debug and support automation systems, including lab automation and FW verification environments
Analyze failures originating from automated test systems and distinguish between FW, HW, and test infrastructure issues
Work closely with HW, system, validation, automation, and architecture teams
Support issues from early development stages through production and field failures
Contribute to firmware debug methodologies and verification strategies
Provide technical leadership and mentoring when needed

we are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our AV Platform HW Development group in Israel to design the next generation of autonomous driving systems.
What will your job look like?
Responsible for specifying the hardware for our autonomous driving systems
Lead the HW design process: product specification, electrical schematics, component selection, layout, hands-on testing in a lab environment, verification, accompanying production and qualification processes
Define Signal integrity simulations (LPDDR4, MIPI, FPD-link, etc.), perform power integrity (DC drop, PDN AC analysis) and analog simulations (like spice).
Manage the technical interface with our customers to derive the product hardware requirements
Work in collaboration with all the project disciplines: system architecture, mechanical and thermal, software (networking and algorithms), safety and reliability

we are looking for a Senior HW System Architect.
As a Senior HW System Architect, your role will be to work closely with our OEM partners and realize a successful integration of the ADAS to self-driving technology in these platforms.
** This role requires working from our Jerusalem site at least 1 day per week. It also offers the flexibility to work part-time from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
What will your job look like?
Lead end-to-end life cycle of the System architecture - from analyzing OEMs (customers) technical requirements to HW architecture definition, development and verification to ensure integration ofproducts into the vehicle platform.
Work in close collaboration with various groups including algo, HW design, verification, SW architect, Mechanics, and simulations.
Provide architectural guidance and tradeoff recommendations throughout the whole design process from concept through production.

Provide practical system architecture definition to board designers and SW/algo by managing system external Interconnects and internal interfaces, SoC, MCU, definitions and optimization (based on OEMs requirements and other constraints)

Manage ATE platform setup (including loadboard/probecard design) and change kit, SLT bench platform, and handler.
Identify and screen potential vendors (including technological and budgetary assessment) and track and verify progress at all stages of the design.

Create code generators to generate C++ code based on hardware specifications.
