We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Specialist to join our GRC Cyber team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT systems and cybersecurity, with a focus on ensuring the security and compliance of industrial control systems (ICS) and other OT environments. The OT Cybersecurity Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks to our OT infrastructure
Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Operational Technology (OT) domain, providing specialized knowledge and expertise to support and guide the implementation of cybersecurity measures and best practices
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of OT systems and networks
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls for OT environments
Monitor and respond to security incident
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or similar are preferred
Proven experience in OT cybersecurity (at least 4 years), including securing ICS, SCADA, and other OT systems
Strong understanding of OT protocols, architectures, and technologies
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards applicable to OT environments
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
