Were looking for an experienced Sourcing professional to support IT, Engineering R D organizations and lead strategic sourcing initiatives in a global, fast-paced environment.
?? Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect procurement categories.
Lead RFPs, supplier selection, contract and commercial negotiations.
Manage SOWs, contract reviews, supplier onboarding and risk evaluation.
Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to establish optimal commercial terms.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and benchmarking.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement.
Experience with indirect sourcing categories.
Experience supporting IT, Engineering and/or R D - strong advantage.
Proven experience with RFPs, contracts and commercial negotiations.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field - required.
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience with Ariba Sourcing.
Excellent English communication skills.
