We're looking for a seasoned data Scientist to lead Machine Learning initiatives in a high-scale, Real-Time advertising environment.
This role demands deep statistical expertise and mastery of algorithms to drive impactful, low-latency decisions across billions of daily bid requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deploy ML models that optimize ad targeting, relevance, and campaign performance.
Analyze high-velocity streaming data to extract insights and guide model development.
Translate complex business challenges into measurable, ML-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
Monitor and refine models post-deployment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Lead experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) to validate model impact.
Requirements: Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, data Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience building and deploying ML models in production.
Strong statistical foundations and proven expertise in algorithm design.
Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets and Real-Time data pipelines.
Familiarity with AdTech systems (RTB, attribution, campaign optimization, fraud detection) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills and business-oriented mindset.
