About the Role:
In this role, you will learn and deeply understand the AI domain including neural network models, quantization techniques, network performance and precision. You will develop most advanced Neural Network Graph Compiler tools that will be used by our customers across the globe.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement software compiler for deployment of AI models on proprietary hardware. Optimize high-level algorithm implementations for our NPU and DSP architecture. Independently manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into products. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI compiler technologies.

Responsibilities
As an AI Product Manager, you will:

Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product roadmap and development cycle, including ideation, customer validation, and collaboration with R&D. This encompasses writing specifications, designing UI, optimizing UX to achieve business goals, and overseeing product launches and monitoring.
Partner with Data Scientists and ML teams to build products that use Conversational AI to power intelligent voice interfaces, automate complex workflows, and deliver natural, human-like interactions in real-world enterprise environments
Adopt a customer-centric approach by translating requirements into actionable product development tasks. Prioritize efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer feedback, strategic initiatives, and business constraints.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for voice automation and AI-powered process optimization.
Prioritize product decisions based on strategic goals, data, Market research, and user feedback.

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Intelligence Methodologist to join our new Gen AI team.
You will collaborate with analysts, product managers, data scientists and developers to design and optimize investigative workflows, ensuring our solutions address real-world intelligence challenges effectively. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in intelligence methods with cutting-edge conversational Gen AI technology.
As an employee, you will:
Work closely with product managers and development teams to align investigative methodologies with the conversational AI's capabilities.
Develop and curate high-quality domain-specific datasets for training and evaluation.
Communicate findings, progress to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for further enhancements.
Provide expert knowledge and insights to ensure the LLM agent understands and processes domain-specific language accurately.
Design, document, and refine methodologies for conducting intelligence investigations.
Train intelligence analysts on the use of methodologies and tools.
Create documentation and training materials to support effective adoption of workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand operational requirements.

We are looking for an experienced engineer with hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering and a background in Data Science to join our team.
Your role will be crucial in leveraging LLMs and Machine Learning Models to significantly enhance our data-centric threat detection capabilities, making a real difference in our product.
Responsibilities
Write, test, refine, and optimize prompts and LLM models.
Implement and integrate LLMs and machine learning models within our services and product suite.
Develop our LLM-Ops framework to manage LLMs lifecycle.
Write high-performance code on top of Databricks and PySpark.
Evaluate and implement machine learning algorithms and Auto-MLs solutions on top of Databricks.
