Responsibilities:
Source and identify candidates for technology roles using LinkedIn and advanced sourcing tools
Proactively reach out to passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines
Collaborate closely with recruiters and clients throughout the sourcing process
Conduct talent mapping across different technology domains
Utilize professional networks and sourcing platforms to identify high-quality candidates
Requirements: Previous experience in sourcing or candidate research - an advantage
Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and professional sourcing platforms
Ability to identify talent creatively and think beyond traditional sourcing methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools and/or AI tools - an advantage
