This is a critical role that plays a key part in our companys success as we continue to grow. Your Day-to-Day:
As a Linux Agent Developer, you will take ownership of key components of our endpoint detection and prevention solution, working within our Linux Agent team. Youll design and develop core components using proven technologies while also inventing innovative, low-level solutions.
Participate in architectural design and strategic technical decision-making
Contribute throughout the development cycle within a SCRUM environment
Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, backend developers, product managers, and fellow agent developers
Deliver high-quality, performant code supported by robust unit and integration tests
Work on kernel-space and user-space integrations essential to our security posture.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in C / C++ development Mandatory
Strong background in Linux Kernel Development (modules, drivers, kernel subsystems) Mandator
Proven experience with software design and OOD principles Mandatory
Solid understanding of multi-threading, synchronization, and concurrency models Mandatory
Experience with Linux system programming and APIs (syscalls, signals, procfs, netlink, etc.) Mandatory
Familiarity with debugging tools and kernel tracing (gdb, ftrace, perf, crash) Advantage
Experience building and maintaining system daemons and background services Mandatory
Familiarity with Linux security internals, networking stack, or file system development Advantage
