We are looking for an experienced and insightful Senior Product Analyst with a specific focus on Platform Analytics to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of our platform by analyzing and interpreting usage data, monitoring feature adoption, and supporting new feature launches with data-driven insights. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for understanding user behavior and platform dynamics, alongside experience in tracking and optimizing key metrics that influence platform success and user satisfaction.
The Platform Analytics role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and collaborative skills, working alongside a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, Data Engineers, SW Developers, UI/UX Designers, and AI experts. Your insights will directly influence feature development and enhance the platform's usability, performance, and scalability.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Analyst specializing in Platform Analytics, you will be instrumental in advancing our platform's data-driven approach by focusing on:
Analyzing platform usage patterns and deriving actionable insights to optimize user engagement and satisfaction
Supporting the development of new features by monitoring early adoption, user interactions, and performance
Partnering with Product Managers to establish and track key feature KPIs, assessing impact, and recommending enhancements
Developing dashboards and reports that provide visibility into platform health, user behavior, and key usage trends for stakeholders
Collaborating with Customer Success and Product teams to understand and address user pain points, drive improvements and reduce churn
Continuously enhancing our analytics processes and data platforms to support agile and accurate insights for platform optimization.

Were looking for a Senior Technical Data Product with strong analytical thinking and a passion for data, with expertise in various data technologies and solutions to join our data group and help drive the companys core objectives.
As a Senior Technical Data Product, you will serve as the bridge between the data platforms (Data Lake, DWH) and their stakeholders - such as Risk & Compliance, Business, Product - by providing data models and solutions to support the decision-making process and Reporting.

What youll be spending your time on: 

Leading end-to-end data projects to create analytical & data tools and solutions that empower the company.
Conduct data gathering, research, and analysis to generate insights and create solutions that address user needs.
Specifies API endpoints for data access, including authentication and rate limiting.
Describes third-party service and system integrations.
Designs and leads scalable, long-term technical solutions.
Focuses on creating adaptable and high-performance architectures.
Translate business & technical needs collaborate regularly with various stakeholders and translate business needs to technical data solutions and KPI definition by writing STT to be developed by data engineers.
Design, deliver, and maintain technical solutions that align with customer needs, including defining the appropriate architecture and technology stack.
Keep it running, implement and train users with the BI products and manage their inputs for ongoing analysis.

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about understanding user behavior. In this role, youll turn data into actionable insights, influence product decisions, and help drive the success of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze user behavior: Monitor and evaluate website activity patterns and user flows to enhance usability and customer experience.
AB Testing: Conduct in-depth analysis of AB tests to provide stakeholders with actionable, data-driven recommendations for product and user value enhancements.
Metric Monitoring & Insights: Track product performance metrics, identify trends, and raise alerts on significant changes. Perform periodic and ad-hoc analyses to recommend impactful solutions.
Visualization & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and daily summaries that present key SaaS metrics and actionable insights.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Management to support data-driven decision-making.
