Job Type: Full Time
our company is seeking a Business Product Analyst - a business-minded analyst who will work hand in hand with our Product Managers and Scrum teams as a true Business Partner. This is not a reporting or dashboard role. Your mission is to help the product teams deeply understand how our features are used by our customers, what value they create, and how they can make money. You will turn product and business data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that shape what the company builds, how it is measured, and how it is monetized. In a world where AI can surface data, this role exists to answer the harder business questions: Who uses this feature and why? Is it creating value? And how can it make money?
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
* Drive Strategic Direction, Not Just Feature Metrics: You won't just analyze isolated features-you will connect product performance directly to company-wide strategy. By uncovering the true business impact of what we build, your insights will shape executive decisions, guide product roadmaps, and directly influence our long-term trajectory and growth
* Shape Product & Strategic Direction: Go beyond isolated feature tracking to connect product performance directly to company strategy, ensuring every development choice informs the broader roadmap and long-term business trajectory.
* Act as a Strategic Product Partner: Embed yourself in the daily rhythms of Product and Scrum teams, bringing a high-level business and data perspective to shape feature concepts into core strategic drivers.
* Evaluate Holistic Value & Ecosystem Impact: Analyze usage patterns and user journeys to understand how features contribute to overall platform engagement, long-term retention, and compounding business value
* Scale Monetization & Business Models: Translate product behavior into comprehensive revenue strategies, connecting feature engagement directly to pricing structures, monetization opportunities, and company-wide growth.
* Challenge Assumptions & Drive Core Focus: Use rigorous data insights to question legacy beliefs, helping leadership and product teams prioritize high-impact initiatives and define where to double down or pivot.
Advantages:
*  Experience with monetization or pricing analysis.
Requirements:
Who You Are?
* Analytically Fearless: 3 years in an analytical role (product analytics, business analytics, or similar) within a SaaS, fintech, or B2B environment.
* Technical Pro: High-level SQL is your second language. Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) and BI tools (Databricks / AWS QuickSight / Power BI), and strong Excel/spreadsheet modeling skills.
* Business-minded: Strong business acumen - you think in trade-offs, value, and revenue, not just metrics. You understand SaaS business models and key metrics (ARPU, conversion, churn, LTV) and how product behavior drives them.
*  Deep understanding of vanity metrics vs. real value, and correlation vs. causation (A/B tests, cohorts, pre/post analysis).
* You simplify the complex. You don't just analyze data ; you extract the 'so what' and help the team decide what to build and how to monetize it.
* A Natural Communicator & Team Player: You enjoy working closely with Product Managers, developers, and designers. You present insights simply and help the team turn them into decisions.
* Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Management.
This position is open to all candidates.

10/09/2026
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
In your first year, we expect you to set a clear quality bar for our search products that the team builds against, have a real influence on where our index goes next, and bring us a point of view on where search infrastructure is heading.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with real ownership, reporting to the Director of Product. You will work day to day with our search engineering and research teams, with the evaluation team, and with customer success, who bring us quality feedback from real accounts every week. Our search engineers are deeply experienced in large-scale retrieval, and the product team is small, so you will argue your case directly with the people building it. That only works if you have built at this scale yourself.

Your responsibilities will include:

Set the quality bar and release criteria for search: what good means per use case, and what a change has to clear before it ships. Our evaluation team owns the measurement, and you work closely with them on what to measure and why.
Own the depth, latency, and cost tradeoffs across our search products, and make them explicit and defensible.
Shape the direction of our index: what it needs to cover, how fresh it needs to be, and what quality bar it has to meet.
Build a point of view on where search infrastructure is going as agents, rather than people, become the main consumer, and turn that into a roadmap.
Know how we compare to the alternatives customers evaluate, and drive the work that closes the gaps that matter.
Work with customer success and directly with customers to understand where our results fall short in real workflows, and turn that into quality priorities.
Partner with the data and vertical product owners on what our corpus needs to contain and how results should be shaped per industry.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion spent on high-scale search or ranking systems: web search, feed ranking at a large social platform, or a large ad engine.
A background as an engineer, ML engineer, or researcher on a production system in one of those areas. This is a requirement rather than a preference. You will be making tradeoff calls alongside senior search engineers, and you need to have built something at that scale yourself.
Direct experience shipping a search or ranking change end to end, including how it was evaluated and what happened after it shipped.
A strong data foundation: you can design an experiment, read eval results critically, and tell a real quality improvement from noise.
Product judgment to match the technical depth: you can decide what to build and what to leave, and defend it to both engineers and customers.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how retrieval fits into agentic workflows.
Comfort with ambiguity, moving between strategy and execution without losing the thread.
The ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
This position is open to all candidates.

10/09/2026
Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo
Job Type: Full Time
You will sit with customers in these industries, learn how they actually work, and turn their needs and pain points into clear specs. You will build with engineering, ship it, and make sure go-to-market knows how to sell it. You own the outcome, not just the handoff: from the first market call through to adoption and revenue.

The hard part is choosing. There are more verticals worth building than we can build, and the difference between a good year and a wasted one is knowing which ones to invest in and which to walk away from, even when a large customer is asking for another.

In your first year, we expect you to know our top use cases better than anyone here, ship a product built for one of them that customers will pay more for, and have a defensible view of what comes next.

This is a hands-on senior IC role with real ownership. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, research, data, and go-to-market.

Your responsibilities will include:

Own the vertical roadmap. You decide where we invest, what we ship for each, and when a vertical is not worth it.
Shape the product surface on top of the data, so a customer gets something built for their job.
Find and evaluate the data behind each vertical, across public sources and paid providers, and decide what is worth investing in.
Sit with customers in these industries until you understand their workflow, then turn that into specs engineering can build.
Set what a good answer looks like in each use case, working with our evaluation team, who own how we measure it.
Work with customer success to learn what customers ask us for and what makes them leave.
Partner with the search owner on how results should be ranked and shaped for each use case.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in search, data, or industry-specific AI products.
Experience building products for a specific industry or use case, combined with enough technical depth to work directly on the data underneath: where it comes from, how good it is, and what it takes to make it usable.
A track record of real customer discovery: you have gone deep on how a particular kind of team works, and shipped something because of what you found.
Experience in API-first or developer-platform businesses.
Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows.
A technical background, through a degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent hands-on experience, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs.
The ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
This position is open to all candidates.
