We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VLSI Backend Team Leader to join and lead our dynamic team.
As part of this position, you will lead a team of experienced engineers working on parallel projects, and play a crucial role in the design and implementation of complex designs, flow development, and the latest technology node bring-up and integration.
The Backend team leader will be required to do 50% hands on work and 50% managerial work.

As an R&D Team Leader in the Pricing & Packaging R&D crew, youll be a key contributor to designing and building our monetization platform - pricing and packaging engines that drive the core business model of our payments platform. Youll own complex features end to end, influence architecture and standards, mentor your team members, and help shape how we design, build, deploy, and operate services in AWS. This is a hands-on senior role with significant impact and room to lead technical changes.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Tech Lead to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend systems to drive product scalability and performance. You will work with a range of technologies, including Python, Java, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud services, with deployments in both cloud and on-prem environments. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build new features and optimize existing systems to meet business demands.
