We are seeking a Director of Product Design to define and drive the end-to-end product design vision across our platform. Youll lead a team of talented designers, own the design strategy, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Youll be responsible for building a strong design culture, scalable systems, and delivering beautiful, functional, and business-aligned user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve the company-wide design vision and strategy aligned with product and business goals
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product design team
Scale a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all products
Lead all UX and product design processes, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototyping, user testing, and validation
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, data, and stakeholders to align user needs with business impact
Set and track design KPIs (usability, adoption, NPS, etc.) to measure design quality and influence
Advocate for user-centered design and embed a strong design culture across teams
Present and communicate design strategy to executive stakeholders and influence company priorities
Work cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual alignment

The Vice President of Product Design will lead our product design group, shaping the long-term user experience vision, building world-class teams, and positioning design as a key driver of business growth and competitive advantage. This role owns the end-to-end design experience across all our companys product platforms.
Key deliverables include elevating design as a strategic growth driver, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement, driving adoption through intuitive and innovative design solutions, scaling design systems for consistency and efficiency, mentoring and growing the product design team, optimizing processes, setting UX goals, and championing user needs at the leadership level.

Were looking for a strategic and experienced product leader to drive our data classification and privacy portfolioone of the most foundational parts of our platform and a critical area of investment and innovation. This role is responsible for building advanced, scalable solutions that help our customers identify, categorize, and govern sensitive data across SaaS, IaaS, and on-prem environments.
You will lead a talented team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our classification and privacy products continue to set the industry standard. Youll work in a hybrid model, and help shape the future of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, vision, and execution for classification and privacy products portfolio
Manage and grow a team of experienced product managers across multiple product lines
Define and own the roadmap for sensitive data discovery, classification, labeling, and privacy-aware controls across cloud and on-premises environments
Deeply understand customer use cases for compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), data governance, insider threat protection, and data loss prevention
Drive innovations in content-aware and context-aware classification, including AI-driven techniques such as ML, NLP, and LLM-based models to accurately identify and categorize sensitive data
Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI and large language models) to enhance classification accuracy, scalability, and real-time data understanding
Work hands-on with UX designers, engineering, and research teams to design thoughtful, scalable solutions
Partner with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to understand deployment challenges and inform roadmap priorities
Engage regularly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and validate product direction
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position, launch, and drive adoption of new features and products
Track and analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate on product strategy
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader both inside and outside the organization on data classification and privacy topics
