We are seeking a highly organized, technically proficient, and process-driven Catalog Operations Manager to lead the execution, validation, and Quality Assurance of catalog initiatives across all Fiverr categories. This role plays a central part in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and scalability of our digital catalog while operationalizing business validations and experiments. Youll work closely with Vertical Business Managers to execute and validate strategic opportunities and catalog transformations that directly impact Fiverrs marketplace performance. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency ( HTML, CSS, and basic code understanding) with strong AI tool proficiency and hands-on A/B testing experience to ensure excellence in catalog execution and experimentation.
What am I going to do?:
1. Operational Execution and Validation Management
* Partner with Vertical Business Managers to operationalize catalog expansion, restructuring, and business validation initiatives.
* Ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of catalog updates across all verticals, adhering to taxonomy and quality standards.
* Develop, document, and optimize workflows for large-scale catalog execution tasks (e.g., gig classification, metadata configuration, and taxonomy validation).
* Identify automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and accuracy.
* Leverage AI tools to streamline catalog validation and manage process automations.
* Serve as a cross-functional focal point for catalog-related operational and validation support. 2. Experimentation, Testing, and Insights
* Collaborate with data and Business teams to translate catalog hypotheses into structured A/B tests and experiments.
* Configure, execute, and monitor A/B tests and validation workflows using internal and external tools, ensuring technical setup accuracy and segmentation.
* Maintain operational ownership of TEST implementation - from hypothesis to execution and results analysis.
* Analyze experimental outcomes, providing actionable insights on catalog performance, conversion impact, and user engagement metrics.
* Document findings and drive the scaling of validated experiments into standard catalog operations.
