Fiverr is looking for an experienced Indirect Buyer to join our Operations team! The Buyer will be part of the Procurement team and work closely with HR, Facilities, Marketing, and Technology departments, supporting a wide range of projects. We are looking for this special someone who thrives under pressure with a high attention to detail. They should demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, teamwork skills, “getting things done” approach , and AI Native mindset, as well as having experience with complex negotiations.
What am I going to do?:
* Global indirect purchasing focal point: Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end procurement process
* Manages relationships with local & abroad key suppliers to achieve high quality performance, on-time delivery, and cost optimization
* Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers
* Day to day vendor management
* Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
* Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Manage complex legal contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit

Requirements: * At least 4 years of experience in a global indirect procurement role
* Exceptional negotiation skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
* Outstanding service orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting
* Highly self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Netsuite)
* Collaborative team player eager to contribute to the team’s success
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English - mandatory
* Strong understanding of IT environments ( infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)- an advantage
* Experience in project management- an advantage
