A large and well-established organization is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Analyst Implementer to join its in-house team and take a key role in driving business-critical systems and processes.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end position combining both system analysis and implementation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You will work closely with business stakeholders, lead complex process design, and be responsible for translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of business processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Configure and implement system entities, workflows, and integrations
- Work closely with business users, project managers, and development teams

Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM - must
- Proven experience in both systems analysis and implementation (not just one side)
- Strong technical orientation, including experience with SQL server and Microsoft environments
- Hands-on experience configuring entities, workflows, and system logic
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders in complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Management (Information Systems) or equivalent
- Experience in service-oriented environments or call centers - advantage
