We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst & Developer to join our BI team, work with internal customers to understand and articulate business processes, map them to business intelligence requirements, and implement them into indicators, reports, and dashboards.
As a member of the BI Development and Analysis team, you will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor company, product, and business performance and KPI's.
The BI developers work with other team members from across the world to develop BI solutions and provide support to the BI systems and ongoing advanced analysis needs.
This includes understanding the data and where to get it, extracting the data, processing it, optimizations, and turning data into insights and graphical representation in the BI platform (Tableau).

Role main Responsibilities:
Leading BI Projects starting from requirement analysis, design, and creating ETL processes, Tableau data sources, dashboards, and reports.
Performing in-depth analysis of our Indigo press performance
Lead iMPACT changes and deployment of new requests and fixes.
Build and define new press performance KPIs.
Develop and maintain BI platforms (Tableau)

We are looking for a Senior BI Developer.
The BI team makes sure we are data driven in all its decisions.
We are the team that incorporates product, marketing and finance data to get a full picture of our business status.
Our team defines and builds the data pipelines and analytics infrastructure while performing cross-app analysis and visualizations. We work closely with analysts, data scientists and other stakeholders to facilitate their work and align everyone to create one source of truth.
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to capture analytical requirements
Develop data pipelines and build data infrastructure including data quality
Data ownership - define, document and integrate KPIs across the company
Define and monitor KPIs for various departments in the company
Build high level dashboards
Analyze large datasets, and provide useful actionable recommendations

We develop a platform that collects data from dozens of sources and uses AI and data science to extract insights for making fast and optimal business decisions.
We have assembled an excellent team of leading data engineers, software developers, designers, product managers, and data scientists working towards this goal.
Our recently refurbished offices are in Tel-Aviv and we employ a hybrid work from home model.
On a typical day, you will:
Use Python and SQL to develop, scale, and optimize advanced data pipelines.
Merge multiple data sources into a clean, unified, and integrated single source of truth.
Ensure data integrity, freshness, and best practices in our growing data lake.
Manage and optimize data infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company and support business insight requests.
