Collaborate with global teams to provide system support and conduct training to team member and guide technical

Configurate, improve & implement reports and dashboards permissions & data management.

Specification for system integration B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
At least 4-5) years of experience as a salesforce Implementer
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent matters.
Expert with salesforce best practice
Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
Experience with complex Flows and automation
Experience with SQL
Familiar with Community Cloud & Ecommerce Advantage
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills & with strong business understanding
Fluency in English Must
