A leading global organization is seeking an experienced IT PMO professional to manage and govern the IT project portfolio across the enterprise.
The role focuses on ensuring alignment between IT initiatives, business strategy, and resource availability while driving transparency, control, and delivery excellence in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the IT Project Portfolio in alignment with company strategy
Develop and maintain PMO methodologies, templates, and reporting tools
Coordinate project prioritization with senior management and business stakeholders
Track budgets, schedules, and deliverables across all IT initiatives
Facilitate regular project reviews and executive-level reporting
Support project managers in adopting governance standards and best practices
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health
Requirements: achelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or Information Systems
4+ years of experience in PMO, project portfolio management, or IT governance
PMP or PRINCE2 certification - an advantage
Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in a global, multi-site organization - an advantage
Excellent English - written and spoken
