In this role, you will design complex boards from the requirements stage to bring up, support, and production.
Your tasks will include: requirements collection, design specifications, circuit design, component selection, schematic capture, circuit simulations, accompany layout with PCB designer, documentation, acceptance test specification, bring-up, debugging in the lab, and user support.
A significant part of the job will require proactive interaction with peers in Israel and in California.

We are seeking an experienced Board Design Engineer to join our Hardware team. In this role you will be involved with the entire Board development process. Additionally, experience with FPGA design is an advantage. Future relocation to Austin, Texas is an option.
Responsibilities · Lead the full board design process, including schematic capture, layout, and simulations. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware specifications and ensure design quality. · Participate in system bring-up, testing, and validation phases. · Contribute to design reviews and documentation.

* Lead the end-to-end development of advanced power electronics hardware - from architecture and schematic design through validation and mass production.
* Own complex board-level designs, driving performance, reliability, and cost optimization.
* Design, simulate, build, TEST, debug, and bring to life robust power solutions under real-world constraints.
* Collaborate in a multidisciplinary R&D environment alongside Mechanical, Software, system, and Certification teams.
* Influence product architecture and technical direction with hands-on engineering excellence.
