Our New Product Introduction (NPI) team is growing, and we're looking for a highly motivated and diligent Engineering Vendor Manager to join us. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the engineering project management of our most strategic and technologically advanced components and suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery of the highest quality and reliability of components for our groundbreaking products.


What you'll be doing:
Manage the product as a project - Define the timeline for having our designs out, manage quality meetings, set full road map for quality, capacity and automation as readiness towards HVM.
Lead engineering engagement with strategic and critical suppliers for new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production, identify potential risks, critical parameters, and areas for optimization.
Define and implement clear monitoring and documentation requirements for key process steps to ensure consistency and quality.
Establish comprehensive quality criteria and outgoing quality control (OQC) procedures at suppliers prior to shipment.
Monitor and analyze supplier yield data, production metrics, and quality performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
Lead and align our internal engineering teams (Design, Product, Reliability, Quality) - teams that do not report to you - to ensure supplier capabilities align with product requirements and committed timelines.
Conduct supplier technical audits and provide mentorship on standard processes in manufacturing and quality control.
Own issues end to end - drive the investigation to root cause and come to the table with a recommended solution, an implementation plan, and an owner, not only with a flagged problem.

What you'll be doing:

What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of engineers as part of the EVM team for assigned component categories: PCBs, liquid cooling systems, high-speed connectors, and optical components for switches.
Drive component readiness and maturity against program timelines and project gates.
Build and manage supplier capability roadmaps aligned with NPI standards and qualification milestones.
Prepare suppliers for automation ramp - both for capacity scaling and quality assurance.
Develop suppliers toward our NPI standards, including process audits, yield targets, and reliability requirements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to align component status with program schedules.
Monitor and manage component risk; escalate proactively and drive mitigation plans.

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our mechanical engineering department as a key player in the development of next-generation high-performance interconnects optical solutions for data center servers and storage systems. This key position includes leading the product design throughout all lifecycle stages from inception to Mass production, close interaction with HW, PMC (Product management & configuration), NPI, Thermal, Layout, Quality, and Supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Application Engineering:
Provide technical support to customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
Support integration of EO/IR payloads on UAV, UAS, drone, and robotic platforms.
Conduct system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and validation activities.
Lead technical investigations and resolve complex field issues.
Perform on-site customer support, demonstrations, acceptance tests, and field trials.
Work closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams including mechanical, electrical, software, and system engineers.
Develop application notes, integration guides, and technical documentation.
Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and system integrators.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities worldwide.
Technical Marketing & Business Development:
Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
Identify customer needs and translate market requirements into product recommendations.
Assist in preparation of marketing materials, technical presentations, and demonstration scenarios.
Support preparation and technical responses to RFIs/RFPs.

What you'll be doing:

The HW PM team focuses on HW engineering development activities; managing multiple complex programs that support the development and TTM of new Networking products for datacenter segment. The role of PM organization gives an individual the principal responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the program and rollout, the mission is to cover all stages of program development, including schedule planning, resource allocation, cohesive program execution, change management, and cycle closure with post-mortems.


What you'll be doing:

Track milestones, manage resources, coordinate activities, assign tasks, and lead progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address gaps and resolve issues.

Run project meetings, share updates, coordinate objectives, review projects, generate reports, and escalate to management as needed.

Identify threats, solve daily problems, and quickly implement mitigation strategies.

Optimize scheduling, logistics, staffing, testing, communication, implementation, and execution.

Assess risks, execute risk management plans, and ensure alignment with program milestones.

Report project status to leadership regularly.
