The Corporate Development team is looking for a Corporate Development and M&A Analyst responsible for generating insights through business research and evaluating potential target companies.
Search and analyze targets: Source acquisition candidates, model scenarios, and build financial models that drive deal sizing and valuation frameworks
Perform research and analysis including company profiles and information packages which will be shared with our executive management team
Work in collaboration with other teams.
Requirements: A track record of excellence
BA in Accounting, Business, Economics or other analytical discipline from a top university
2-3 Years in M&A, corporate development, equity research, or venture capital (semiconductor or deeptech preferred, but strong corporates in other sectors considered)
Financial modeling expertise: Comfortable with DCF models, precedent transaction analysis, and multiple scenarios
Clear writing & storytelling: Can distill complex analysis into sharp memos, executive summaries, and data narratives that stakeholders actually read and act on
Native level English - written and spoken
