Our data centers are the most advanced in the world. In this role, you will help to manufacture the SoCs that power these data centers by developing and deploying comprehensive manufacturing test and data analytics solutions for high volume manufacturing at wafer fabs and outsourced semiconductor assembly and tests (OSATs). You will have an opportunity to create silicon in the most advanced technologies and follow it into the field to close the loop back to design and test for the next generation of chips. You will help to integrate SoC technologies into devices and drive manufacturing test flows to assure performance and screen devices.
You will drive yield improvement, cost optimization and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal test coverage in production to ensure high quality SoCs. You will need to have a strong understanding of IC flows, wafer processing, testing, qualification, diagnostics, and failure analysis. You will work with various groups to deploy screening methodologies and flows for data processing, analytics and diagnostics. You will drive the release of cost effective production test solutions into mass production to hit yield and quality goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for high-volume manufacturing of SoC products, including troubleshooting, ATE test coverage optimization, defective parts per million reduction, test cost reduction, power and performance assurance, and product data integration and correlation between system, ATE, and SLT.
Drive volume ramp and mass production through test program releases, volume data analytics, lot disposition, extended test time reduction, yield improvement, and return merchandise authorization managing.
Drive product leadership for silicon engineering organization from architectural definition to global availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe including ATE and SLT test engineering, quality and reliability, packaging, supplier management and operations to build, deploy, and maintain a high volume manufacturing screening solution.

we are looking for a Senior Flight Control Engineer.
What you'll own:
Design, implement, and tune the vehicle's core control laws in MATLAB/Simulink, with acoustic-source models embedded directly in the design loop.
Develop control strategies that treat radiated noise as a hard constraint alongside stability margins and handling qualities, through every phase of flight.
Build and maintain the nonlinear 6-DOF simulation environment used for control design, Monte Carlo robustness analysis, and pre-flight rehearsal of every test point.
Define attitude, rate, and trajectory constraints for noise-critical flight phases - departure, approach, and low-altitude operations over populated areas - jointly with the Acoustics team.
Autocode flight-critical control software to the real-time flight computer and verify it through processor-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop campaigns.
Plan and execute flight test campaigns: write test cards, monitor telemetry in real time, and lead post-flight reconciliation of data against model predictions.
Run system identification programs that anchor aerodynamic, actuator, and noise-source models in flight data, feeding corrections back into the next control law release.
Lead control law design reviews with documented stability margins, robustness analyses, and failure-mode behavior, building the evidence base certification authorities will eventually audit.

we are looking for a Electric Propulsion Engineer.
What you'll own:
Design and analyze motor electromagnetics with torque ripple, cogging torque, and radial force harmonics treated as hard requirements alongside efficiency and power density.
Develop inverter modulation and current-control strategies - including harmonic injection and active ripple compensation - that suppress electromagnetic excitation before it becomes radiated tone.
Build and validate multiphysics models chaining electromagnetic force prediction through structural transfer paths to radiated noise, correlated against dyno and vehicle data.
Plan and execute dyno test campaigns with synchronized electrical, vibration, and acoustic instrumentation, owning the data pipeline from raw capture to engineering verdict.
Integrate motors, inverters, and mounts into the vehicle's novel lift and propulsion architecture, working structure-borne transmission paths jointly with the Structures and Acoustics teams.
Characterize thermal behavior on the dyno and derive continuous and peak torque envelopes that hold across the full flight profile.
Define acceptance and qualification test procedures for propulsion units, including back-EMF, efficiency-map, vibration, and acoustic signature checks.
Lead propulsion design reviews and hardware failure investigations, driving root cause to closure with documented corrective actions.

we are looking for a Computer Vision & Autonomy Engineer.
What you'll own
Design and own multi-sensor fusion pipelines - camera, radar, GNSS/INS, and altimetry - delivering robust, high-rate state estimation through GNSS-degraded urban environments.
Build the landing-site perception system: real-time detection, geometric assessment, and obstruction monitoring of vertiports and contingency sites during steep, noise-optimal approaches.
Train, quantize, and deploy neural perception models on embedded flight compute, owning latency, memory, and power budgets down to the millisecond.
Develop perception for detect-and-avoid: tracking non-cooperative traffic - small UAS, birds, general aviation - at ranges that preserve quiet, gentle avoidance maneuvers.
Stand up the data engine: flight-test data collection, ground-truth generation, dataset curation, and automated regression of model performance across releases.
Validate the perception stack in high-fidelity simulation, sensor replay, and hardware-in-the-loop benches before any algorithm touches the vehicle.
Architect run-time monitoring and assurance around learned components, producing the evidence structure a certification authority can eventually accept.
Support flight test campaigns end to end: integrate and calibrate sensors, analyze logs, and turn every anomaly into a fix or a documented limit within days.
