We are looking for a hands-on Business Operations & Systems Manager to turn the way we work into scalable systems.
Youll work across Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR and Management to identify friction, manual work and broken handoffs, design better processes, and build the systems behind them using CRM platforms, automation tools, AI and low-code/no-code tools such as Lovable, Make and n8n.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end business processes across teams.
Identify operational gaps and turn them into scalable workflows.
Build internal applications and tools using Lovable and similar platforms.
Own and improve the CRM structure and related workflows.
Build automations and integrations between systems.
Translate business needs into data models, workflows, dashboards and internal tools.
Create clear ownership, handoffs and shared KPIs between teams.
Requirements: Requirements
2-4 years in Business Operations, RevOps, Systems, Automation or a similar role.
Experience designing and owning processes end-to-end.
Hands-on CRM experience.
Experience with automation tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier or similar.
Strong systems thinking and ability to structure ambiguous business problems
Strong Excel / Google Sheets and data skills.
Strong advantage
experience with Lovable, Retool, Bubble, Airtable, APIs, webhooks or basic SQL.
