DRS RADA is a global pioneer in radar systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking an RMA Planner to join our Project Management team in the Production Department. The role focuses on planning and tracking RMA activities, coordinating across teams, and ensuring that production work progresses according to project plans and timelines. Key Responsibilities
* Translate project work plans into production tasks in coordination with the Project Manager.
* Open and update production work orders, and support material readiness by verifying that assemblers have the required materials, work orders, and labels.
* Manage and track service calls according to project requirements.
* Schedule work in the weekly kitting plan and verify that all required materials are ready for the following week’s work plan.
* Monitor production progress and work order status, ensuring that projects and radar systems move between workstations at the required pace.
* Plan and coordinate shared project resources, including production cells and ovens, in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Identify and promptly escalate bottlenecks, delays, and blocked items to the Project Manager.
* Manage and update product trees, including disassembly and assembly processes, in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Track on-time delivery (OTD): daily and weekly tracking for RMA projects, as well as monthly tracking of departmental work plans in collaboration with the Production Planning Manager.
* Over time, the role may expand to include responsibility for RMA support equipment. Key Performance Indicators
* Prepare the weekly kitting plan and ensure that the required materials are available and ready for the following week’s work plan.
* Track adherence to work plans and weekly OTD targets.
* Effectively manage work orders and service calls, identifying gaps and delays early.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* 0–2 years of experience in planning, production planning, project management, production, or a similar role (internships count).
* Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and recommend actions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
* Familiarity with project management systems is an advantage.
* Proactive, organized, and team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
