As a PM, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers.
What you'll do:
Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market.
Shape experiences engineers choose to use. our developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch.
Drive cross-functional impact. PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands.
Build for agents and developers. We are the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap.
Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real.

We are looking for a mission-driven Product Group Lead to own Acquire, our core product. We specialize in advanced AI predictive models, focusing on LTV, churn, and intent to drive business growth.
As the Product Group Lead for Acquire, you will be accountable for everything Acquire: strategy, roadmap, execution, and business outcomes. Acquire turns our predictive models into the conversion signals that drive smarter bidding on Google, Meta, and other channels, which means you will be operating at the intersection of predictive modeling, ad platform mechanics, and the daily reality of performance marketing teams.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead a group of three Product Managers, setting direction, raising the bar on product craft, and growing them as practitioners. This is a player-coach role: you will own the group's strategy and its people, while staying close enough to the product to make sharp calls on scope, model behavior, and customer trade-offs yourself.
A defining part of this role is your partnership with Operations. Today, a lot of what makes Acquire work is carried by our Operations team working alongside our AI engine. You will embed with them, understand their day-to-day in real detail, and productize it: turning manual and repetitive work into scalable, agent-driven capabilities so we can scale even further.

About the role:
Our mobile app is a critical component in the day-to-day financial operations of the worlds leading financial institutions.
As the Mobile PM, youll own the full product domain: driving the roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering and design, and ensuring every feature ships with precision and measurable impact. But this is more than a customer-facing product - its also a foundational platform that other product teams across rely on to deliver their features to mobile users. Youll own both dimensions: driving the customer experience outbound while advancing the infrastructure that makes it possible. As the world moves toward agentic, AI-native financial operations, this team is building exactly that. You define what gets built and why.
What youll own:
The mobile product end-to-end - roadmap, strategy, and delivery across iOS and Android, with full accountability for outcomes.
The customer experience - deeply understanding how institutional users interact with their financial operations on mobile, and continuously raising the bar.
The mobile platform - working with product teams across to understand their needs and ensuring mobile can support their features effectively.
The AI and intelligence layer on mobile - defining how smart, proactive capabilities get surfaced to users in a way that adds real value.
What the work actually looks like:
Spending significant time with customers and data - forming a sharp, evidence-based view of what to build next and why.
Making hard prioritization calls - balancing customer-facing improvements, platform needs from internal teams, and long-term product investments.
Working across teams - product, engineering, design, security, and customer success - to align on scope and get things shipped.
Owning the full arc of a feature - from problem definition and spec to launch, adoption, and iteration.

As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with Product Managers in making key product decisions, conducting market research and competitive analysis, delivering product demos, and knowledge transfer activities.
