Education

Requirements:
A proactive team player adept at navigating high-pressure environments to deliver outstanding results.
Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, with extensive knowledge of managing infrastructure in large-scale environments.
Proficiency with all major cloud providers, such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
A strong understanding of financial operations in cloud environments (FinOps) and experience with cost optimization strategies.
A passion for building scalable applications and systems that can handle the demands of rapid business growth.
Advantages:
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with security practices and compliance in cloud environments.
Practical experience with Python.

Requirements:
Strong GCP experience at production scale (GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL/BigQuery). No compromise here.
Kubernetes-native mindset: declarative-first, comfortable with controllers and operators, and a platform-engineering instinct for self-service and separation of concerns.
Everything-as-code discipline: any code ships through a defined SDLC (versioned, reviewed, tested, CI-gated). Terraform (KCC a plus), Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD or similar) in your toolkit.
Software engineering background, or proven strong development ability in Go and/or Python - you write production code, not just glue scripts.
Security awareness baked into how you build: least-privilege IAM, secret hygiene, policy and supply-chain gates, not bolted on after.
Production-first mindset: you design for reliability, observability, and recoverability, and you own what you ship.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in CS, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
8 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer, Researcher, Architect, or similar technical role
Proven experience presenting technical topics to developers or technical audiences
Strong writing and storytelling ability around complex concepts
Deep understanding of the DevOps / DevSecOps ecosystem, software supply chain, CI/CD workflows, and modern developer tooling
Ability to communicate clearly with developers, leaders, customers, and community members
Familiarity with key developer and professional social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter/X, Slack, Discord) for community engagement and content amplification
Comfortable setting goals, executing independently, and measuring impact
Genuine enthusiasm for engaging communities, learning in public, and amplifying real developer value
A willingness to travel to conferences, customer events, and community gatherings
