We are looking for an experienced CFO to join a growing global manufacturing company and take a key leadership role in shaping its financial strategy and operations.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board and will have overall responsibility for the companys global financial management. This position requires a strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on and comfortable leading and working closely with a small finance team of 2-3 employees.
Requirements: CPA certification - mandatory.
Significant senior financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director.
Experience working in a global manufacturing company - mandatory.
Proven ability to lead a small finance team while remaining highly hands-on - mandatory.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, life sciences, or food industry - a significant advantage.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and cash-flow management.
Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, taxation, and compliance.
Strong strategic, commercial, and business orientation.
Experience supporting a growing and internationally active organization.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability and willingness to work full-time onsite in Haifa - mandatory.
