We are looking for a Corporate controller to join our finance organization and help us scale the rigor, systems, and financial judgment of the company as it grows.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines deep technical accounting judgment with genuine fluency in how venture-backed companies operate - someone equally comfortable defending a revenue recognition position under US GAAP and explaining why a customer's NRR trend matters to valuation.

This is a player-coach position. You will personally own specific hands-on areas of our finance operation in NetSuite while also acting as a strategic partner to the CFO and a technical resource across the finance function. You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and other finance leadership, and will be expected to take on materially greater scope as the function matures.

Position location: Haifa site or Tel Aviv site with travelling twice a week to Haifa ,Hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop our existing accounting team (currently two bookkeepers and one payroll controller), setting the standard for accuracy, process, and technical judgment as the team grows.

Partner with the CFO on financial process design, identifying where manual, spreadsheet-driven workarounds should be replaced with scalable, systemized processes in NetSuite.

Support fundraising, audit, and investor-facing workstreams, including data room preparation, as needed.

Actively use AI and modern tooling to accelerate technical accounting research, close processes, and reporting - rather than defaulting to manual work.

Serve as a financially fluent business partner: understand and speak knowledgeably about unit economics, preferred equity structures, NRR and other key SaaS/startup metrics, valuation drivers, and competitive moat - and connect those concepts to our numbers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Operations on deal structuring and its accounting implications.

Own multi-entity and intercompany accounting, including translating transfer pricing policy into intercompany journal entries and reconciliations across our legal entities in NetSuite.

we are seeking a talented, highly motivated team player for a Subsidiaries Controller role that will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, local tax submissions, and regulatory compliance, together with ongoing monitoring of budget vs. actual results and the development of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities will also include managing and monitoring financial activity with external advisors and accounting firms, and periodic financial reporting. In addition, the role will require support in the implementation of new operations and regulations and the initiation of processes.

Responsibilities

Finance focal point for the subsidiaries' controllers

We are currently looking for a talented and highly motivated Controller to join our Group Finance team in Haifa.

Responsibilities

● Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process.

● In charge of the external audit work, including of Financial Statements.

● Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained throughout the Accounting & Finance processes.

● Work closely with subsidiaries, and provide support and guidelines to the local finance teams

● Responsible for oversight and managing the accounting systems entries.

● Manage and support day-to-day finance operations activities, including accounts payable, cash flow and banking transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead the global SOX compliance program across all Group entities, ensuring full alignment with the COSO framework and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Drive the implementation and ongoing enhancement of internal control policies and procedures, ensuring they are consistently applied and embedded across the Groups headquarters and all 16 regulated subsidiaries.
Conduct detailed risk assessments, control gap analyses, and process walkthroughs for all key financial and operational processes to ensure control design effectiveness.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), adapting to business and regulatory developments.
Coordinate and perform design and operational effectiveness testing of controls, ensuring timely identification and remediation of deficiencies.
Act as a key advisor to finance, legal, compliance, technology, and operations teams to embed a strong internal control culture within day-to-day activities.
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors during SOX audits and other assurance engagements, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Monitor changes in the Groups operations, structure, systems, or regulatory landscape and proactively update policies and control frameworks accordingly.
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management and the Audit Committee, providing insights on SOX compliance status, key risks, control deficiencies, and mitigation plans.
Deliver ongoing training and education programs to business process owners to ensure awareness, accountability, and adherence to internal control requirements across all jurisdictions.

In this role you will
Lead the Groups transfer pricing activities, including review of intercompany transactions and support in preparing documentation in accordance with OECD guidelines, Israeli laws, and regulations
Prepare and report CBCR and Master File documentation
Implement Pillar II legislation and support reporting requirements in Israel and other countries where the Group operates
Prepare, consolidate, and monitor tax reports across Group companies while meeting deadlines and business objectives
Review international tax aspects related to projects and activities across the Group
Support tax examinations related to business projects, M&A activities, and organizational restructuring
Review and implement tax incentive laws and benefits within tax reporting processes
Monitor tax reporting within financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and ASC 740 requirements
Work closely with professional and business interfaces in Israel and globally
Report directly to the Director of Tax of our Group.
