In this role you'll
Lead zero-to-one strategy and execution for critical automation platforms - building the scalable infrastructure that powers seamless workflows and measurable efficiency gains
Map and untangle complex, multi-step logic to identify where self-service and AI can replace manual effort, then drive those initiatives through to scale
Build with the latest GenAI tools and LLMs, alongside our homegrown internal tooling, to create capabilities that intelligently manage high-stakes touchpoints
Partner closely with engineers, designers, data analysts, and internal stakeholders to shape product strategy, then translate it into detailed requirements and working prototypes
Own the roadmap for foundational infrastructure, prioritizing solutions that expand capabilities and reduce friction for internal teams and end-users alike
Mentor across the organization, championing rigorous problem-solving, systems thinking, and a culture of continuous learning.

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the shared infrastructure layer that powers our Maritime Behavior product group - the platform that the maritime Activities and Risk building blocks are built on top of. This infrastructure is what turns maritime facts and signals into the higher-order behavioral insights our customers rely on, and a big piece of it is the ML pipelines that let the team take a new detection or risk model from research into production with minimal friction.

This is a deeply technical role. Youll spend most of your time partnering with engineering - architects, engineers, and the other PMs in the team - on how the infrastructure is designed and how it scales. Your two main areas of focus are architecture and design partnership (shaping how the infra is built) and the non-functional posture of the system (performance, scale, reliability, cost). The internal product roadmap and the APIs other teams consume are a by-product of getting these two right.

The infra is primarily consumed by other product teams inside the company, but parts of it are exposed externally - APIs, feeds, and capabilities that customers depend on - so youll need to think about both internal developer experience and external contract stability.

What youll do:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the Activities and Risk infrastructure layer - covering data and streaming pipelines, ML model lifecycle, and the core services that the behavior products build on.
Drive the ML pipeline product: make it fast and frictionless for the team to take a new detection or risk model from research into production, with strong evaluation, observability, and rollout primitives.
Partner deeply with architects and engineering leads on system design - drive trade-offs on architecture, technology choices, scaling strategy, and where to invest engineering effort.
Own the non-functional posture of the infrastructure - latency, throughput, reliability, cost, and observability - and define the metrics and SLAs the team is held to.
Work hand-in-hand with other PMs (Activities, Risk, Maritime intelligence) to understand what they need from the infrastructure and turn those needs into a coherent platform roadmap.
Shape the API and event contracts the infrastructure exposes - both to other internal teams and to external customer surfaces - so theyre versioned, stable, and easy to build on.
Communicate roadmap, technical trade-offs, and progress clearly to engineering, product, and company leadership.

Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and guide products from conception to launch.
Product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, and business teams. In your day-to-day you will define product requirements based on a deep understanding of our clients mobility operations and work closely with R&D during the development and release cycle. Youll meet with customers and remain in close contact with the operations and business teams, keeping an ear to the ground of developing trends.
Things here move quickly, so youll need the ability to think on your feet, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development at high velocity.
What youll do:
Play a key role at every stage of the product life cycle, from planning the roadmap, defining needs and writings PRDs, to working closely with the R&D team and managing releases to production
Meet with clients to make sure that our goals are aligned with their needs
Conduct industry research, defining problems and needs and discovering new opportunities

As the Product Manager for our Policy Protect solution, you will play a major role in mission to detect and prevent eCommerce policy abuse. Policy Protect uses advanced machine learning to show merchants in real-time which orders, claims, and customers are trustworthy and profitable, and which ones arent.
In this role, youll collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to build new machine learning models and maintain high accuracy of the existing models.
