Our Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for a Post Si Characterization and Validation engineer, to take part of Network ASIC, SOC and SiPh ICs characterization efforts of speed, logic, memory, power and analog circuits both using ATE and system level testing. What you'll be doing:

The position includes taking ownership of characterization of IC performance and power parameters, developing new characterization and analysis capabilities, enabling the qualification of new and improvement of future products. Take important part in definition of requirements for post-SI validation, as well as IC power and performance characterization.

What youll be doing:

Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring up and production test, spanning electrical, functional, and performance characterization. Working in close coordination with test engineering, yield, NPI, FW and other teams, lead methodology planning for future products and serve as the synchronization point between our Israel and US-based teams.

Day to day, this means:
Driving alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon.
Translating product requirements and silicon behavior into structured characterization plans with clear coverage targets, risk areas, and data collection strategies.
Leading methodology transfer into execution - working with team managers to ensure tooling, methods, and engineers are in place for a smooth handoff.
Identifying methodology gaps early in the program cycle and resolving them through cross-functional collaboration.

Our Networking HW Qual teram is looking for a System Electrical Characterization and Validation engineer, to take part of Networking system validation and characterization efforts of different platforms and products. Our team in Yokneam, Israel is looking for a Senior Power Integrity Engineer to join the Hardware Board Design team and lead PI development of next-generation Network Adapters for high-speed communication products. Our Networking division delivers end-to-end InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity for servers and storage, including adapter cards, switches, cables and software that power data centers, cloud, big data, Web 2.0 and high-performance computing workloads.

What you'll be doing:

Lead PI definition and implementation for board-level designs, from concept and architecture through validation, qualification and release to production.

Define the power core architecture and requirements and serve as the technical lead for all power-related performance and debug activities

Work closely with power supply vendors to align solutions with our product needs, and build and optimize configuration files for programmable regulators.

Own power delivery network (PDN) design for complex network adapter boards, including rail partitioning, decoupling strategy, VR selection and dynamic load support.

Perform system-level power integrity simulations (frequency and time domain) and co-simulation of circuits and PDN models to predict noise.

Create and maintain board PI design guidelines: stackup, materials, breakout, routing, decoupling and placement rules for layout teams and external partners.

You will develop and execute advanced physical failure analysis techniques to identify root causes in complex electronic and electro-optic assemblies. What you'll be doing:

Lead physical failure analysis investigations on advanced interconnect products, including PCBs, packages, optical modules, ASICs, and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Develop, optimize, and execute destructive and non-destructive sample preparation techniques to expose failure sites while preserving physical evidence.

Perform detailed failure analysis using advanced microscopy and analytical techniques, including: Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Focused Ion Beam (FIB) cross-sectioning and circuit editing, Optical microscopy, X-ray imaging and CT, Cross-section analysis, Surface and fracture analysis

Correlate physical findings with electrical, optical, manufacturing, and reliability data to determine root cause.

Lead failure analysis investigations on interconnect products including optical modules, AOCs, and high-speed hardware platforms.
